Hualien Ocean Park Taiwan opened to the public in December 2002. This project is a theme park with marine park and aquarium components. Architectural design for the park was carried out by Alan Griffiths Architects. Aquarium specialist design works were prepared in association with AGA and other consultants.

Crossley Architects provided architectural, interior and exhibit design services for Hualien Ocean Park as consultant to Living Ocean International Pty Ltd. Services provided included co-ordination of aquarium specialist works requirements, interior design of exhibit spaces, exhibit design, design of graphics and interpretive panels, preparation of tender documentation for aquarium specialist works, interiors and special exhibitory. Project Value US$160,000,000Construction Commenced April 1999 and was completed in December 2002
